Made in Rome, this project is located on the top floor of a nineteenth-century historic building, designed to house the headquarters of a company, reflecting the client’s charisma and encapsulating his entrepreneurial activity, while also serving as a home away from home during his stays in the capital. A glass case encloses the panoramic elevator, which leads to a distributive space flooded with natural light, surmounted by a contemporary glass and steel cover. Functional areas, distributed according to access flows, permit meetings and conferences to be held simultaneously, on different tables. The use of precious materials and extremely pure forms, the contrasts of nature that produce a precious marble like the rain forest brown or alter iron to breathe life into the corten steel, warm colors, the minimalism of shapes and the enveloping light stimulate a multi-sensory perception of the space.
